Checkout and delivery
Checkout, payment, taxes, receipts, refunds and secure file delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. A file is delivered only after Lemon Squeezy verifies the order. Lemon Squeezy buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
Availability and corrections
Reasonable care is taken to keep product descriptions, prices and links accurate. A clear error may be corrected, and a product may be updated or withdrawn when necessary. Existing customer access is handled through the order record and the current files attached to that product.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Lemon Squeezy terms and the laws that apply to the buyer and transaction may create additional rights or responsibilities.
